LEWISTON — Michael G. Ouellette, 54, of Lewiston, passed away on Thursday, April 21, from injuries received in an automobile accident.

He was born in Lewiston on Sept. 27, 1956, a son of Joseph Norman and Elizabeth Miller Ouellette. Following graduation from high school he enlisted in the U.S. Army. While in the Army, he was stationed in Germany and served his country from 1973 to 1979, when he received his honorable discharge. During his time in the Army he received The National Defense Service Medal and The Good Conduct Medal. He enjoyed riding his dirt bike and anything related to outdoor activities.

Michael is survived by his father, Joseph Norman Ouellette, of Lewiston; two children, Katie Ouellette, of Auburn and Kyle Ouellette, of Auburn, one brother, Robert Ouellette, and his wife, Karen, of Poland; two sisters, Anna Dube, of Pennsylvani and Debra White, of Lewiston; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his mother, Elizabeth Miller Ouellette.
