SAN ANTONIO, Texas — Monique V. Rivard, 74, of San Antonio, Texas, formerly of Lewiston, died Wednesday, April 27, at Vitas Hospice Center after a lingering illness.
She is survived by her husband, Normand; and their five children, John, Linda, Barbara, Denise and Debora.
