MONMOUTH — The Cottrell School in collaboration with Southern Kennebec Child Development Corp. Headstart will provide a 4 year old program during the morning in the fall for children who meet established criteria and a pre-school program in the afternoon. Both programs will be located at the Henry L. Cottrell School.
Children must be (4) four years of age on or before October 15, 2011. A copy of the child’s original birth certificate, Social Security card, and health record including immunization dates will be needed. The child will be checked for height, weight, vision, and hearing as well as a brief screening with a Cottrell staff member.
Please call the school at 933-4426 to make an appointment for either May 13 or May 20, between 8:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.
