OXFORD — Terri Linnell has recently joined the sales team at Bearfoot Realty, 698 Main St., Oxford.
Linnell is a Portland native who has lived in Casco for 30 years. She has been a licensed real estate broker for 25 years, affiliated with several national real estate agencies in the Lakes Region area and has had her own real estate agency.
She is well known in the Lakes Region and the Oxford Hills as the owner of The Village Gift Barn on Route 121 in Casco and at 273 Main St. in Norway.
She was president of the Norway Business Association in 2009-2010 and serves on the Casco Zoning Board of Appeals.
She specializes in waterfront and second home sales and first-time homeowners, representing both buyers and sellers.
