AUBURN — Girl Scouts of Maine will host girl and adult Girl Scout Daisy information meetings in the next few weeks.

On Tuesday, May 24, a meeting is set from 6 to 7 p.m. at Auburn Middle School, 32 Falcon Drive. And on Wednesday, June 1, it will be from 6 to 7 p.m. at United Methodist Church, 439 Park Avenue, Auburn.

Girls entering kindergarten and first grade in the fall and their parents/chaperons from the Auburn area are invited to attend the meetings to find out about the many different and fun ways today’s girls are participating in Girl Scouting and how the Daisy program and activities inspire them to reach their personal best. Girls will have an opportunity to sample some activities and meet other Daisy Girl Scouts. Adults will also learn about the flexible options and benefits of becoming a Girl Scout volunteer.
