AUBURN — New Auburn Seniors will host a meatloaf dinner for members only at noon Wednesday, May 18, at the St. Louis Church basement hall. The cost is $4.
Open bingo for seniors 60 and older will be held Wednesday, May 25. The next meeting will be held Wednesday, June 1.
The following trips are being offered: Hollywood Slots, Bangor, May 17 and June 14, at a cost of $24 per person; Foxwoods Casino with entertainment by Engelbert Humperdinck, June 17 and 18, $141 per person. These trips are offered to members as well as to the general public. For more information, call trip coordinator Jeanne Doyon at 784-5264.
The regular monthly meeting was held May 4, with Virginia Levasseur presiding. May birthdays were celebrated with a song and a small gift. New member Jackie Demers was introduced.
Lee Jacques was the 50/50 winner. Pot of Gold winners were Wally Doucette, Jeanne Cote, Audrey Hemond, Bob Morin, Barbara Brown and Lorraine Poirier. A luncheon was served and bingo followed.
