RUMFORD — The following incidents were handled by patrol officers.

May 3 at 11:34 p.m., Donald Roy, 46, of Bethel was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Virgin Street on charges of operating under the influence , third offense, and operating beyond license restrictions. Roy was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Superior Court in South Paris on July 5.

May 4 at 5:25 a.m., April Spadea, 31, of Rumford was charged by Patrolman  Brad Gallant on Bridge Street with operating after suspension. Spadea is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

May 4 at 9:23 p.m., George Leboudias, 45, of Lewiston was arrested by acting Cpl. Donald Miller on Canal Street on charges of domestic violence criminal mischief and trespassing. Leboudias was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 5.

May 5 at 4 p.m., Jesse Merrill, 23, of Dixfield was arrested by Sgt. Douglas Maifeld on Hancock Street on charges of violation protection order and violation of bail. Merrill was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 5.

May 6 at 12:36 a.m., Jacob Daigneault, 21, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Cumberland Street on charges of operating under the influence and possession of marijuana. Daigneault posted $800 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

May 6 at 7:35 p.m., Thomas Gilbert, 41, of Rumford was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Prospect Avenue with cultivation of marijuana. Gilbert is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 5.

May 6 at 8:13 p.m., Sherri Turner, 46, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Prospect Avenue on charges of domestic assault and obstructing report of a crime. Turner posted $500 unsecured bail, and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on June 7.

May 6 at 10:55 p.m., Christopher Baxter, 32, of Mt. Morris, Mich., was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Crescent Avenue on a charge of operating without a license and a warrant for the same. Baxter is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

May 6 at 10:37 p.m., Dustin McLean, 25, of Rumford was charged by Sgt. James Bernard on Byron Street with possession of marijuana. McLean is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 5.

May 7 at 1:40 a.m., Francis Mezan, 21, of Portland was arrested by Sgt. James Bernard on Byron Street on a charges of violation of bail and unlawful trafficking in schedule w drugs. Mezan was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Superior Court in South Paris on July 5.

May 7 at 8:32 a.m., James Riordan, 86, of Rumford was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley on Maine Avenue with operating after suspension. Riordan is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 5.

May 7 at 11:03 p.m., Eric Austin, 35, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Waldo Street on a charge of violation of bail. Austin was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

May 8 at 12:33 a.m., Jose Melendez, 22, of Berlin, N.H., was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Plymouth Avenue on a warrant for failure to pay fines for terrorizing. Melendez posted $250 cash bail and was released.

May 9 at 1:44 a.m., Thomas Moore, 22, of Rumford was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Route 2 with operating after suspension. Moore posted $150 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

May 10 at 2 p.m., Tabatha McLaughlin, 25, of Rumford was charged by Patrolman Dave Hodgson on Route 108 with operating after suspension. McLaughlin is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 5.

May 10 at 2 p.m., Matthew Smith, 25, of Rumford was charged by Patrolman Dave Hodgson on Route 108 with unregistered motor vehicle and attaching false plates. Smith is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 5.

May 10 at 3:30 p.m., Harry Wentworth, 50, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman George Cayer on Waldo Street on a charge of disorderly conduct. Wentworth is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 5.

May 12 at 12:50 p.m., Wesley Mason, 20, of Rumford was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Route 2 with illegal transportation of alcohol by a minor. Mason is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 5.

May 12 at 3:15 a.m., George Freeman, 42, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Hartford Street on a charge of domestic assault. Freeman posted $600 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 5.

May 12 at 9:54 a.m., Stephanie Arsenault, 31, of Rumford was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley on Waldo Street with assault. Arsenault is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 5.

May 13 at 12:30 a.m., Donald Hatheway, 20, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Waldo Street with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hatheway is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

May 13 at 12:30 a.m., A 17-year-old girl from Turner was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Waldo Street with possession of drug paraphernalia. She is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

May 13 at 8:36 a.m., Eric Libby, 48, of Peru was arrested by Patrolman Dave Hodgson on River Street on a warrant for failure to pay/appear for drugs. Libby was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

May 13 at 5 p.m., Rodney Kneeland, 37, of Rumford was charged by Patrolman Dave Hodgson on Route 2 with unregistered motor vehicle. Kneeland is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 5.

May 13 at 10:59 p.m., Jason Buotte, 28, of Rumford was charged by Patrolman Joseph Sage on Franklin Street with possession of marijuana. Buotte is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

May 14 at 1:01 a.m., Mike Okot, 25, of Portland was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Route 2 on a charge of aggravated trafficking in cocaine. Okot, who was also summoned on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Superior Court in South Paris on July 5.

May 14 at 1:01 a.m., Reaksmey Tang, 18, of Portland was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Route 2 on a charge of trafficking in cocaine. Tang, who was also summoned on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Superior Court in South Paris on July 5.

May 14 at 11:39 p.m., Sadie Sirois, 34, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Sage on Route 2 on a charge of operating under the influence. Sirois was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

Assault

May 14 at 11:54 p.m., acting Cpl. Donald Miller investigated an assault at the Barnboard. Case is under investigation.

Burglary

May 2 at 11:19 a.m., Sgt. Tracey Higley investigated burglary of a Pine Street residence. Sports cards and camp equipment valued at $22,000 were stolen.

May 15 at 9:54 p.m., Patrolman Joseph Sage investigated a possible burglary of a Route 2 residence. Nothing was taken.

Criminal mischief

May 4 at 9:41 p.m., Patrolman Joseph Sage investigated damage to a vehicle on Lincoln Avenue.

May 12 at 10:42 a.m., Chief Stacy Carter took a complaint from a Waldo Street resident regarding damage done to his fence by juveniles. Damage estimated at $50.

May 12 at 12:36 p.m., Sgt. Tracey Higley took a complaint from a Riverside Drive resident regarding damage to her fence. No damage amount listed.

May 12 at 8:34 p.m., Patrolman Brad Gallant investigated damage to a power line on a building on Waldo Street. No damage amount listed.

Theft

May 1 at 7:30 p.m., Patrolman Brad Gallant investigated theft of shorts and money on Somerset Street. Estimated loss: $40.

May 4 at 1:42 p.m., Patrolman Dave Hodgson investigated theft of food on Pine Street. Estimated loss: $150.

May 8 at 12:29 p.m., Sgt. James Bernard investigated theft of two power cords and a pair of sunglasses from a vehicle on Hancock Street.

May 9 at 12:54 p.m., Sgt. Tracey Higley investigated theft of a computer valued at $150 from an apartment on Congress Street.

May 10 at 12:40 p.m., Patrolman George Cayer investigated theft of gasoline valued at $40 from the Isthmus Road.

May 11 at 1:56 p.m., Patrolman Dave Hodgson investigated theft of furniture valued at $260 from an apartment on Hartford Street.

May 12 at 4:19 p.m., Sgt. Tracey Higley investigated theft of a bicycle valued at $100 on Erchles Street. It was located on Rumford Avenue and the case is under investigation.

May 12 at 6:05 p.m., Cpl. Lawrence Winson investigated the theft of a tennis racket valued at $125 from the Hosmer Field courts.

May 12 at 7:12 p.m., Patrolman Brad Gallant investigated theft of cellphone on Franklin Street. Estimated loss: $200.
