LEWISTON — Androscoggin Head Start and Child Care’s Hillview Head Start pre-kindergarten program is holding an open house from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday, May 20, in Head Start’s two classrooms located at the Hillview Community Center, 77 Rideout Ave. Parents of children ages 3 to 5 are encouraged to visit the classrooms, meet teachers and staff, and see how Head Start’s programs can prepare their child for kindergarten. Children of all ages are welcome to attend.

Androscoggin Head Start and Child Care has provided quality early care and educational services to pregnant women, families and children for more than 44 years. Program options include full day Head Start pre-kindergarten and child care, half day Head Start pre-kindergarten, home based, family child care, infant and toddler early Head Start, and the child and adult care food program.
