AUBURN — Attorney James Belleau of the law firm Skelton, Taintor & Abbott, 95 Main St., Auburn, gave a presentation on May 3 to the Maine Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons at the Portland Regency hotel.
Attorney Belleau spoke on the licensing issues for oral surgeons, addressing the procedural components of complaints and investigations of the Board of Dental Examiners. He went on to discuss the grounds for discipline for oral surgeons, dentists and dental hygienists as well as the possible outcomes of these complaints. Belleau has extensive experience in medical malpractice cases and professional licensing matters.
