AUBURN — The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Michael Levesque, 30, Minot, assault on Sept. 6, 2010, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 30 days.

Stephen M. Levesque, 54, Auburn, unlawful sexual contact on Feb. 28, March 1, and March 31, 2010, sentenced to seven years with all but five years suspended, probation three years.

Dawn Joyce Lewis, 30, Oxford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 5, 2007, sentenced to six months, probation partially revoked.

Jason A. Littlefield, 23, Lewiston, operating under the influence on June 22, 2010, found guilty, fined $600, license suspended 90 days.

Andrew Livingston, 24, Waterville, failure to disperse, obstructing public ways on May 26, 2010, dismissed.

Anita Laurice Long, 51, Poland, domestic violence assault on Sept. 15, 2010, filed with no cost.

Christine Lowell, 35, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI on April 3, 2010, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to seven days, license suspended one year, registration suspended.

Duane Allen Luce, 45, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 16, 2009, probation violation, sentenced to 10 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

James K. Ludlow, 36, Lisbon, violating condition of release, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Feb. 3, 2010, found guilty on second charge, not yet sentenced; first and third charges dismissed.

Thomas Edward Lumpkin, 33, Lewiston, gross sexual assault on Oct. 9, 2009, dismissed.

Kenneth Mains, 59, East Livermore, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on June 2, 2010, filed with cost of $100.

Christopher N. Martin, 27, Livermore Falls, assault, aggravated criminal trespass on May 9, 2010, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge dismissed.

Raymond G. Martin, 37, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction on June 7, 2010, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to six months; second charge dismissed.

Robert E. Martin, 26, Livermore Falls, aggravated criminal trespass on May 9, 2010, dismissed.

Matthew B. Masse, 28, Lewiston, unlawful possession of hydrocodone on June 29, 2010, dismissed.

Mark J. McLaughlin, 51, Lewiston, murder, elevated aggravated assault, aggravated assault on Sept. 12, 2010, found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 15 years with all but seven years suspended, probation six years; first and third charges dismissed.

Eric John McNeil, 29, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, violating condition of release on June 11, 2010, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, sentenced to four years with all but nine months, one day suspended, probation two years; second charge dismissed.

Gregory Merrill, 48, Lisbon, disorderly conduct-offensive words or gestures on May 29, 2010, dismissed.

Michael C. Merrill Jr., 20, Freeport, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on July 26, 2009, found guilty, fined $750, sentenced to six months with all but 21 days suspended, probation one year, 100 hours of community service within 12 months.

Andrew L. Michaud, 47, Lewiston, aggravated forgery, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 18, 2008, dismissed.

Steven A. Miller, 49, Brunswick, operating motor vehicle under the influence on April 19, 1982, dismissed.

Arthur J. Mollo III, 45, Auburn, six counts of theft by deception, six counts of forgery, operating after habitual offender revocation from Nov. 24, 2009, to Dec. 16, 2009, found guilty on six charges, sentenced to 248 days, restitution of $6,022.63; all other charges dismissed.

David L. Muise, 33, Portland, operating motor vehicle after revocation, operating under the influence on Jan. 4, 2004, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to 14 days on first charge; fined $700, sentenced to seven days, license suspended 18 months on second charge.

Travis T. Mullen, 31, Sanford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors on Nov. 2, 2006, probation violation, sentenced to 17 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Paul G. Muncey Jr., 26, Auburn, eluding an officer, failing to stop for officer, driving to endanger on June 26, 2010, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $250; found guilty on third charge, fined $600, license suspended 30 days.

Paul Myrand, 46, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Sept. 8, 2010, sentenced to two years with all but 119 days suspended, probation two years.

David Noyes, 28, Jefferson, unlawful possession of oxycodone, criminal forfeiture of property on June 18, 2010, found guilty on first charge, fined $750; forfeited on second charge.

Hector J. Nunez Mendez, 28, Auburn, criminal mischief, domestic violence assault on Sept. 7, 2010, found guilty on first charge, fined $100, restitution of $125; second charge dismissed.

James M. Oday, 29, Lewiston, domestic violence assault, violating condition of release on Nov. 7, 2010, filed with no cost.

Burchard L. Oliver, 51, Livermore Falls, two counts of domestic violence assault-priors, obstructing report of crime on Oct. 7, 2010, found guilty, sentenced to three years, probation two years on first and second charges; sentenced to 30 days on third charge.

Nicholas M. Osgood, 20, Durham, disorderly conduct-loud unreasonable noise, two counts of domestic violence assault on Aug. 2, 2009, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second and third charges dismissed.

John Wyman Ouellette, 22, Lewiston, possessing sexually explicit material of minor under 12, dissemination of sexually explicit material, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor on Oct. 19, 2009, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days on first and second charges, sentenced to two years with all but 30 days suspended and probation two years on second charge.

Lisa Diane Ouellette, 40, Poland, violating condition of release on March 8, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to 32 months, five days, probation revoked.

Timothy James Packard, 26, Lewiston, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, operating under the influence-one prior on Aug. 21, 2010, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended three years.

Tyler Michael Page, 23, Mechanic Falls, operating after habitual offender revocation-prior on June 3, 2010, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to six months.

Tyler Michael Page, 23, Mechanic Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 26, 2010, found guilty, sentenced to 16 months with all but six months suspended, probation one year.

Lawrence Paquette, 48, Auburn, unlawful sexual contact on Aug. 13, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to seven days.

Aaron J. Patton, 38, Jay, unlawful sexual contact, sexual abuse of minor, four counts of gross sexual assault from Sept. 1, 2006, to March 1, 2009, found guilty, not yet sentenced.

Jonathan R. Paul, 25, Lisbon Falls, three counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Aug. 5, 2010, dismissed.
