DIXFIELD — Ngan Fee “Francis” and Barbara Chow of Dixfield are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Anne Chow, to Daniel Enoch Phair, son of David and Karen Phair, also of Dixfield.
Both are graduates of Dirigo High School.
The future bride is a 2002 graduate of Boston University with a degree in biochemistry and molecular biology, and a 2004 graduate of Florida International University in Miami, Fla., with a master’s degree in forensic science. She is employed as a molecular technologist by Genzyme Genetics Laboratory in Westborough, Mass.
The future bridegroom is a graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington with a degree in English and a 2009 graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston. He is employed as an immigration attorney at Tadmor and Tadmor Law Firm in Worcester, Mass.
A Sept. 3 wedding is planned in Westminster, Mass. The couple lives in Ashland, Mass.
