* Thomas J. Taylor, 50, of Rumford, Aug. 15, failure to pay fines for operating under the influence, $442 cash bail, Rumford Police Department.

* Tausha L. Plante, 34, of Rumford, Aug. 16, failure to pay fines for theft, $610 cash bail, Rumford Police Department.
