TURNER — Patricia Milligan, 68, of 980 Upper St., passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on Aug. 13.

She leaves behind a brother, Robert Haskell of Warren.

She was predeceased by her parents, William and Bertha (Rounds) Milligan; and Ellen Wesley, who played a significant role in her upbringing.

She will be remembered for her love of life, her gentle nature, her kindness toward others and her strong affection for Oreo.
