TRENTON, N.J. — Michael L. Chasse, 36, formerly of Lewiston died Thursday, Nov. 3.

He was born in Lewiston, Nov. 26, 1974, the son of Emile Chasse and Jeannine Greenleaf. He attended Lewiston High School.

Michael or “Big Mike” as his family and friends liked to call him, enjoyed writing his book with his fiance, visits by his family and friends, reminiscing of the good ol’ days. He greatly enjoyed reading and had a love for history especially the works of Thomas Jefferson.

He leaves his mother, Jeannine Greenleaf and her husband, Paul, of Minot; his father, Emile Chasse and his wife, Doris, of Florida; his fiance, Shauna Rae Neece, of Bath; his four sisters, Tina Williamson of Auburn, Jen Dodge and her husband, Jason, of Minot, Michelle Endresen and her husband, Tory, of Alaska, and Melissa Lampert and her husband, Jason, of Lisbon; a stepsister, Treece Klick of Lewiston; a stepbrother, Jeff Couture of Lewiston; his maternal grandfather, Lucien Picard of Florida; close members of the family, Tanya Sadler and husband, Jim, of Lewiston, Mary Lawler Ellis and husband, Dave, of New Jersey, and Janelle Mathieu and children, Bobby and Michael St. Hilaire and Shannon Wooten; six nieces and nephews, Kevin, Hunter, Forrest, Kennedy, Nathaniel and Alec; a stepniece, Mirisa Klick; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Regina Picard; and his paternal grandparents, Emile and Juliette Chasse.
