LISBON — Norma Wells was elected Tuesday to a three-year seat on the Budget Advisory Board for Ward II on Tuesday, Town Clerk Twila Lycette announced Thursday.

In Ward I, there was a four-way tie for a one-year term on the board. Lycette said she plans to contact each candidate to find out if anyone plans to drop out. If they don’t she must schedule a run-off election.

She declined to release their names until she talks with them.

Because there were no names on the ballot for either position, write-ins determine who is elected.
