Arrests/Summonses:

Monday, Nov. 28, at 8:20 a.m., Greg Gibbons, 25, of Mexico was arrested by Sgt. Tracey Higley on two charges of theft. Gibbons is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 7.

Wednesday, Nov. 30, at 1:37 p.m., 17-year-old male juvenile was arrested by Cpl. Donald Miller on a warrant charging failure to appear for furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol on Erchles Street. Juvenile was conditionally released to a parent.

Wednesday, Nov. 30, at 2:08 p.m., Jacob Ortiz, 32, of Rumford, was arrested by Ptl. Joseph Sage on Rumford Avenue on a charge of violating conditions of release. Ortiz who was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 3.

Wednesday, Nov. 30, at 3:50 p.m., Adam Gallant, 25, of Mexico was arrested by Cpl. Donald Miller on Route 2 on charges of theft and violating conditions of release. Gallant who was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 3.

Wednesday, Nov. 30, at 3:51 p.m., Nathan Palmer, 28, of Rumford was arrested by Ptl. Joseph Sage on Waldo Street on a charge of domestic violence assault. Palmer posted $1,000 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 3.

Wednesday, Nov. 30, at 7:05 p.m., Eli Webber, 59, of Rumford was arrested by Sgt. Douglas Maifeld on a warrant charging failure to pay fines for operating after suspension (habitual offender) on Cumberland Street. Webber was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

Thursday, Dec. 1, at 12:11 p.m., Charles Cogley, 31, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Donald Miller on River Street on a warrant charging failure to appear on operating after suspension. Cogley posted $100 cash bail and was released.

Thursday, Dec. 1, at 1:43 p.m., Ashley Brown, 22, of Rumford was arrested by Ptl. Joseph Sage on River Street on a warrant charging failure to appear on an assault. Brown posted $500 cash bail and was released.

Saturday, Dec, 3, at 2:55 p.m., Meghann Donahue, 22, of Mexico was arrested by Ptl. Brad Gallant on Route 2 on a charge of attaching false plates. Donahue posted $600 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Mar. 6.

Saturday, Dec, 3, at 3:15 p.m., Russell Waugh, 28, of Mexico was arrested by Ptl. Brad Gallant on Route 2 on a charge of attaching false plates. Waugh posted $600 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Mar. 6.

Saturday, Dec, 3, at 9:45 p.m., 17-year-old male from Mexico was charged by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Knox Street with possession of alcohol by a juvenile. Juvenile is scheduled to appear in court on Mar. 6.

Saturday, Dec, 3, at 10:03 p.m., Kassandra Kaulback, 18, of Rumford was charged by Sgt. James Bernard on Knox Street with possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of marijuana. Kaulback is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 7.

Saturday, Dec, 3, at 10:31 p.m., Cory Deroehn, 22, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Knox Street on a charge of furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol. Deroehn posted $600 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 7.

Sunday, Dec. 4, at 1:58 a.m., Renee Giberson, 24, of Dixfield was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Cumberland Street on a charge of violating conditions of release. Giberson was additionally charged with possession of a schedule “W’ drug. Giberson, who was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 7.

Wednesday, Nov. 30, at 8:44 a.m., Ptl. Joseph Sage is investigating an antique mirror stolen from a Prospect Avenue resident. Estimated loss: $200.

Wednesday, Nov. 30, at 11 a.m., Ptl. Joseph Sage is investigating an assortment of items stolen from a Franklin Street resident. Estimated loss: $400.

Wednesday, Nov. 30, at 1:54 a.m., Cpl. Lawrence Winson is investigating medication stolen from a Byron Street.

Friday, Dec. 2, at 3:42 p.m., Sgt. Tracey Higley is investigating a package stolen from a Waldo Street resident.

Wanted:

Nicholas Downs, 25, of Bethel and Florida, is wanted on three Rumford District Court warrants for failure to pay fines for criminal trespass and driving to endanger and for failure to stop, failure to report a crash.
