Jean Plummer, LSW, from Lewiston, has joined EIM as a care coordinator. She has 18 years of experience in social work and case management.
Karen Carlson, MSW, from Troy, has joined EIM as a care coordinator. She has 30 years experience as a social worker, 14 of which were as a hospital social worker/discharge planner.
