LEWISTON — The American Legion Post 22 will hold its annual Christmas membership meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, at the Multi-purpose Center, 145 Birch St. Unit 22 Auxiliary will meet at 5:15 p.m. There will be a 50/50 raffle and prizes of turkeys and hams.

A special segment of the meeting will be comprised of a memorial service for all those who lost their lives at Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941. Post 22 Chaplain Donald Dube will give special prayers designated for Pearl Harbor. Post 22 adjutant Jerry DerBoghosian will lead the membership singing “Let’s Remember Pearl Harbor,” written specially to commemorate Pearl Harbor. The group invites anyone who had a dear friend at Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941, to be a guest and share their thoughts.

A luncheon will be served. Members attending should have a 2012 membership card and others attending can pay their 2012 membership dues.
