A high-energy New Year’s Eve bash at Schemengees in Lewiston will feature the classic rock dance band Broad Street. Band mates Jody Demers, Celeste and Michael Onofrio, and Dan Johnson have been playing together since 2001. Joining them on Dec. 31 will be newest band member John Longinetti, a New Jersey transplant, who will add high vocal harmonies and play bass guitar. Live music will begin at 8 p.m. and run through the midnight hour in celebration of the new year. The bar, grill and pool hall is at 551 Lincoln St. Admission is $10.
