* Isaac Fofie, 23, of 168 Whitney St., on a charge of violating bail conditions, 2:17 a.m. Friday at Union and Webster streets.

Androscoggin County

* Jeremy Feldbauer, 24, of 3 Helene St., Portland, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on charges of failure to stop for police, driving to endanger and criminal speed, 1:57 a.m. Friday on Route 4, Turner.

* Matthew Thibodeau, 25, of 372 Allen Pond Road, Greene, arrested by Maine State Police on charges of domestic violence and obstructing the report of a crime, 2:29 a.m. Friday at 71 5th Ave., Greene.

Accidents

* Vehicles driven by Claudette Charest, 49, of Auburn, and Cary M. Cox, age not listed, of New Gloucester, collided at 10:37 a.m. Thursday on Center Street. Damage to Charest’s 2008 Chrysler was listed as functional. Damage to Cox’s 2000 Toyota as minor.
