* Jacob B. Brooks, 21, of Peru, Jan. 4, operating under the influence, $1,000 unsecured bond, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Jairo M. Martinez, 28, of West Paris. Jan. 4, operating without a license and immigration hold, Norway Police Department.

* Meghan L. Bowie, 26, of Norway, Jan. 5, violation of bail condition and possession of scheduled drug, Norway Police Department.

* Patrick A. Jackson, 35, of Rumford, Jan. 5, failure to appear for theft charge, $2,500 cash bail, Rumford Police Department.

* Debra Wing, 51, of Norway, Jan. 5, failure to pay fines, Norway Police Department.

* Roland A. Norton, 27, of Victory, Vt., Jan. 6, operating after suspension, $400 cash bail, Rumford Police Department.
