FARMINGTON — Patricia M. “Pat” Hisler Tardif, 74, of Jay, died unexpectedly, Thursday, Jan. 12, at the Franklin Memorial Hospital, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

She was born June 26, 1937, in Gardiner, a daughter of Henry and Ida Dubriel. On Aug. 12, 2011, she married Alfred Tardif.

She enjoyed puzzles, playing games with her family and friends and watching soap operas.

She is survived by her husband, Alfred of Jay; four children, Kathy Rhodes of Liberty, Rick Hisler of New Vineyard, Nancy Hisler of Dresden and Mary Hisler of Gardiner; a brother, Henry Earl Dubriel; 19 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two children, Tony Oullette and Donna Lucas; and two siblings, Viola York and “Chubs” Quirrion.
