AUBURN — Fontaine Family — The Real Estate Leader’s team members were recognized at the agency’s annual award ceremony at the Ramada Inn in Lewiston on Jan. 28.

The agents recognized for ranking in the top 1 percent of real estate agents worldwide were Clayton Larochelle, Bill Bergeron, Beth Favreau, Deb Morin and Pat Long-Cressey.

Larochelle received the Top Sales Leader Award, having closed 55 units and $7 million in sales volume in 2011. He holds a broker’s license and has closed more than 650 units in his 11-year real estate career. He specializes in both residential and commercial real estate sales.

Bergeron also received the Top Sales Leader Award, having closed 54 units and $8 million in sales volume. He holds a broker’s license and has closed more than 700 units in his 12-year real estate career. He specializes in residential and multi-unit sales.

Favreau received the Peak Performer Award with 39 closed units and $5 million in sales volume in 2011. She has been a licensed Realtor since 1998 and has been with the Fontaine Team since 2008.

Morin and Long-Cressey each received the Outstanding Achiever Award, having closed 29 units. Morin closed $4 million in sales while Long-Cressey closed $3 million in sales in 2011.

Other agents recognized for their contribution for being multimillion dollar producers were Nick Trider and Harriet Cummings. Trider closed 19 units with $2 million in sales volume and Cummings closed 17 units with $2 million in sales volume.

Recognized with the Service and Dedication Award were Melissa Field for 20 years of service, Crystal Bergeron for 15 years of service and Angie Larochelle for 10 years of service.

Fontaine Family — The Real Estate Leader was recognized by The Wall Street Journal and Real Trends in the top 1,000 real estate professionals, ranking 46th in the nation. In Maine, Fontaine ranks 13th for the most closed units in 2011 with 318 closings.
