PARIS — The following arrests were logged at the Oxford County Jail:
Allan W. Hussian, 19, Rumford, Feb. 1, failure to pay fines for allowing a minor to possess or consume alcohol, $360 cash bail, Rumford Police Department.
Shelley L. McNamara, 41, Sumner, Feb. 1, domestic assault, $300 unsecured bond, Maine State Police.
