LEWISTON — Margaret Ann “Peggy” O’Brien, 74, died Feb. 2.
Peggy was born Oct. 17, 1937, to William and Gertrude Suttle in Pittsfield, Mass. Peggy was a lovely lady with a feisty personality.
Peggy never missed an opportunity to go shopping; there better be a mall in heaven. Shopping was her passion, but her joy was her family. Peggy said that she was blessed with loving children to whom she expressed heartfelt gratitude.
Peggy is survived by her loving and patient husband, Gerald O’Brien and his children, Linda Everett and Jim O’Brien and his wife, Vicki; her own children, Kathy Bushey and her husband, A.J., Mathew Power, Linda Frost and her husband, Don, Mary Beckett and her husband, Chris and Sarah McKinley and her partner, Ken; her 11 grandchildren, Joshua, Bethany, Christopher, Melinda, Tristen, Whitney, Colin, Hallie, Samantha, Peyton and Ian; and her cat, Tuffy.
Peggy was predeceased by her sons, Robert Power and Keith McKinley.
