LISBON — A 21-year-old Lisbon woman, Amy Small, complained of pain after her 1993 Nissan was demolished in a single-car crash on Route 9 shortly after 1 p.m. on Wednesday.

According to Lisbon police officer Richard St. Amant, Small was driving in a southerly direction on Route 9 when she became distracted. Her car veered off the right shoulder, the side of the vehicle hitting a utility pole.

She was taken to Parkview Hospital in Brunswick with non-life threatening injuries, officer St. Amant said.
