Charges

Feb. 13 at 1:46 p.m. — Harrison Hamner, 24, of Rumford was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Waldo Street with leaving the scene of a property damage crash, failure to report a crash and violation conditions of release. Hamner is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Feb. 13 at 11:06 p.m. — Sarah Hogancamp, 23, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Donald Miller on Rumford Avenue with operating after suspension. Hogancamp is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Feb. 14 at 10 a.m. — Trisha Trepanier, 30, of Mexico was charged by Sgt. Douglas Maifeld on Lincoln Avenue with operating an unregistered motor vehicle for more than 150 days. Trepanier is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Feb. 15 at 8:05 a.m. — Kait Magoon, 23, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Sage on Hancock Street on a charge of domestic assault. Magoon posted $800 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Feb. 15 at 5:01 p.m. — Sarah Hogancamp, 23, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Donald Miller on Franklin Street on a charge of operating after suspension. Hogancamp posted $1,000 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Feb. 16 at 3:02 p.m. — Dakota Meserve, 18, of Rumford was charged by Sgt. James Bernard on Hancock Street with assault. Meserve is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Feb. 16 at 3:50 p.m. — Christa Money, 21, of Dixfield was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Sage on River Street on a warrant charging failure to appear for operating without a license. Money was released after posting $100 cash bail.

Feb. 17 at 1:18 p.m. — Elizabeth Barnett, 23, of Mexico was arrested by Sgt. Douglas Maifeld on Roxbury Road in Mexico on a warrant charging failure to pay fines for domestic assault, assault and two violation conditions of release. Barnett was released after posting $100 cash bail.

Feb. 17 at 9:11 p.m. — Charles Gannon, 19, of Rumford was charged by Sgt. James Bernard on Rumford Avenue with operating without a license. Gannon is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Feb. 17 at 9:11 p.m. — Aidan Crossley, 18, of Rumford was charged by Sgt. James Bernard on Rumford Avneue with possession of drug paraphernalia. Crossley is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Feb. 18 at 11:15 p.m. — Joshua Henderson, 21, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Sage on the Andover Road on a charge of operating under the influence. Henderson posted $800 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court May 8.

Feb. 19 at 8:47 a.m. — Christopher Carleton, 28, of Portland was charged by Sgt. Douglas Maifeld on Route 2 with attaching false plates. Carleton is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

 Criminal mischief

Feb. 14 at 1:21 p.m. — Patrolman Brad Gallant is investigating damage to a truck window estimated at $150 on Prospect Avenue.

Theft

Feb. 13 at 4 p.m. — Sgt. Douglas Maifeld investigated theft of an antique sled and flag valued at $65 from a Franklin Street residence.

 Wanted

David Vanboskirk, 49, of Rumford  is wanted on an Oxford County Superior Court warrant for failure to pay fines for domestic terrorizing.  The warrant is dated Feb. 15.
