AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services department at Central Maine Community College will offer Peak Performance for Business Professionals on March 19 from 9 a.m. to noon. The cost of the class is $79 and includes materials.
Topics covered include: work-life balance, performance rituals, creativity, energy (not time) management and developing a personal game plan for success. The learners will be able to achieve a heightened level of workplace engagement and job satisfaction.
This noncredit course is open to anyone interested in performing at a superior level in the workplace. Registration for this course is open and ongoing, however space is limited.
