AUBURN — Phoenix Academy of Martial Arts in Auburn is adding a Seniors Fitness and Self-Defense class on Thursdays at 10 a.m. beginning April 5. This fun class is a good way to keep your muscles active while learning valuable self-defense techniques that could save your life. This class is designed for seniors and includes low-impact exercises.
