JAY — The Police Department will hold an ATV safety course from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 16, at the Jay Community Building in the basement level.

The course is free of charge and is limited to 15 students. Children 10-15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult throughout the class.

Each student should bring a lunch and a helmet, if they have one. The class will be instructed by Cpl. Jeff Fournier and Detective Richard Caton, both stated-certified ATV instructors. Anyone wishing to take the course may call the Jay Police Department at 897-6766 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
