AUBURN — Hilton Garden Inn recently recognized the 138-room Hilton Garden Inn Auburn Riverwatch team for its high customer loyalty score in the Hilton brand of 542 hotels.
Alan Roberts, vice president, brand performance support and sales, Hilton Worldwide, congratulated General Manager Scott McKenney and his team for this accomplishment.
The Hilton Garden Inn Auburn participates in Hilton Honors, the only hotel rewards program that offers points and miles and no blackout dates. In addition, the brand announces the Hilton Garden Inn promise to guests that Hilton Garden Inn will do everything possible to make sure that guests are satisfied with their stay, or they don’t have to pay.
