LEWISTON — Jeannette B. Breton, 83, of Scribner Blvd., died unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday, May 23.

She was born in Lewiston, June 10, 1928, a daughter of late Emile and Laura Beaulieu Bosse. She was educated in local schools. Jeannette married the love of her life, Honore Breton, Sept. 1, 1951, and he predeceased her in 2009.

She worked for many years at Bates Manufacturing Co. as a folder. Jeannette was a very active member of Holy Cross Church, where she served as eucharistic minister. She was a member of Knights of Columbus Council 106 Auxiliary, Fourth Degree Wives and Holy Cross Seniors.

Jeannette enjoyed traveling, Beano, attending La Rencontre with friends, playing Jingle Jangle and spending time with family and friends.

She leaves many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Jackie Gillman and Dot Lepage.
