WEST PARIS – The First Universalist Church invites all to attend worship services until June 17, with the summer pause until September. Services are presented with a combination of Worship Service Committee members and guest speakers, and begin at 9 a.m.

The Sumner First Universalist Church, at 1148 Main St., West Sumner, will offer worship services at 11 a.m. during the months of July and August.

Service as the West Paris church will be as follows:

June 3: “ Love and Listening,” led by The Reverend Glenn H. Turner.

June 10: “Seventh Principle,” led by church member, Jim Marshall. Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part. Attendees will also celebrate blessing the animals.

June 17: “Simple Gifts, Too,” the symbols of Unitarian Universalism explained, led by Ann Johnson, a member of the Norway UU Church. Johnson invites people attending the service to bring an item that is meaningful and represents UU to them.
