LEWISTON — Scott and Gayle Richard are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Tasha Eaton, to Matthew Cote, son of Paul and Nancy Cote of Lewiston.
Miss Eaton graduated from Leavitt Area High School in 2000, before receiving her bachelor’s degree in mental health and human services from the University of Maine at Augusta in 2006. She later went on to achieve a master’s degree in education with a focus on early childhood education in 2011 from Capella University. She is currently employed as a pre-school teacher at Miss Gayle’s Preschool and Friends in Sabattus.
Mr. Cote graduated in 1999 from St. Dominic Regional High School and continued on to receive his bachelor’s degree in leadership and organizational studies from the University of Southern Maine. In 2009 he then graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a master’s degree in organizational leadership. He is currently working as the campus director at Kaplan University in Lewiston.
A wedding is planned for December (12/12/12) in Ochos Rios, Jamaica, with a reception to follow in Maine.
