AUBURN — The following cases were recently closed in the Androscoggin Superior Court:

Michelle Fisher, 22, Lewiston, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, disorderly conduct, fighting, domestic violence assault on May 31, 2010, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to three days in jail; third charge dismissed.

Donnie Fletcher, 23, Livermore, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors on July 31, 2009, probation violation.

Terry L. Frost Mourey, 48, Lewiston, operating under the influence on May 22, 2011, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Christopher L. Fuller, 24, Auburn, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 11, 2011, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 21 days in jail, restitution of $1,000.

Geraldo Gaetano, 27, Portsmouth, N.H., domestic violence assault on Aug. 14, 2011, sentenced to 120 days in jail all suspended, probation of two years.

Keith Gagne, 22, Poland, threatening display of weapon, trafficking in dangerous knives on May 17, 2010, both charges dismissed.

Jason L. Gallant, 40, Lisbon, unlawful sexual contact, assault on Oct. 23, 2010, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 264 days all suspended, probation of one year.

Richard Gamache, 76, Lisbon, operating under the influence on May 21, 2011, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to seven days in jail, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

Adam Gamage, 32, Brunswick, operating under the influence-injury, aggravated driving to endanger on Jan. 4, 2011, both charges permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Li Gao, 25, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 27, 2011, filed with cost of $100.

Joseph R. Gibson, 23, Lisbon Falls, possess sexual explicit material minor under age 12, prior, dissemination of sexually explicit material on July 27, 2011, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for seven years, all suspended, probation of eight years; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for seven years, all suspended, probation of eight years.

Michael Gottlieb, 41, Auburn, criminal trespass on June 1, 2011, found guilty.

Mathieu R. Grenier, 23, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors on Sept. 22, 2010, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for one year.

Mathieu R. Grenier, 23, Auburn, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors on Nov. 30, 2010, first charge, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for five years, all but 18 months suspended, probation of two years, restitution of $690.59; second charge, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for one year.

Mathieu R. Grenier, 23, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors on Nov. 26, 2010, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for one year.

Linwood Grover, 30, Freeport, theft by receiving stolen property on Nov. 25, 2009, found guilty, sentenced to jail for one year all but 30 days suspended, probation of one year.

Eric S. Normand E. Hamel, 55, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Jan. 5, 2011, found guilty, fined $100.

Anthony Carl Handley, 57, Sabattus, operating under the influence-one prior, operate vehicle without license-condition/restriction on June 1, 2011, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to 20 days in jail, license suspended three years; second charge dismissed.

Harmon Jr., 25, Auburn, domestic violence stalking on April 30, 2009, probation violation, sentenced to 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; terrorizing on April 28, 2009, probation violation, sentenced to jail for 60 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
