AUBURN — The following cases were recently closed in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Joseph L. Judd, 24, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary on June 7, 2006, first charge, probation violation, sentenced to 52 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; second charge, probation violation, sentenced to 52 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Mark Anthony Keith Jr., 30, Auburn, failing to notify or motor vehicle accident, operating after habitual offender revocation on March 17, 2011, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 60 days in jail; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Krystle E. Kelly, 28, Auburn, criminal trespass, domestic violence assault on Oct. 2, 2011, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 90 days in jail, probation of one year.

Derek Paul Kendrick, 27, Lewiston, three counts of burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief on Aug. 31, 2010, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years in jail all but six months suspended, probation of two years, restitution of $1,600; second charge dismissed; third charge dismissed; fourth charge dismissed; fifth charge dismissed.

Derek Paul Kendrick, 27, Lewiston, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refuse to stop, violation condition of release, aggravated criminal mischief, carrying concealed weapon, two counts of unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 24, 2011; found guilty on first charge, sentenced to six months in jail; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to two years in jail all but six months suspended, probation of two years, restitution of $1,600; fourth charge dismissed; fifth charge dismissed; found guilty on sixth charge, sentenced to six months in jail.

William Dixon Knapp Sr., 71, Manchester, fail to comply sex offender registration act, first offense on May 11, 2010, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Matthew Kyllonen, 30, Mechanic Falls, violating protective order on May 9, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail.

Adnoia R. Labbe, 34, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, burglary on Dec. 14, 2010, first charge, probation violation, sentenced to five days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; second charge, probation violation, sentenced to five days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Christopher M. Labbe, 40, Lewiston, burglary, stealing drugs on March 9, 2008, first charge, probation violation, sentenced to 15 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; second charge, probation violation, sentenced to 125 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Scott Lachance, 46, Lewiston, operating under the influence on June 6, 2011, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to eight days in jail, license suspended 90 days.

Robert Lally, 60, Durham, operating under the influence on Aug. 9, 2011, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Chelsea D. Landry, 28, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior on Jan. 31, 2011, fined $500.

Ashley L. Langlois, 26, Auburn, domestic violence assault, disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place on Oct. 5, 2011, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $150.

Joseph R. Laroche, 48, Lewiston, operating under the influence, driving to endanger on July 1, 2011, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000, license suspended 60 days.

Brian S. Larue, 29, Lewiston, operate after habitual offender revocation, prior on Aug. 12, 2011, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to six months in jail.

Neal P. Latini, 36, Windham, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 21, 2008, dismissed.

Matthew Paul Lavoie, 22, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary on Aug. 22, 2011, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for four years, all but two years suspended, probation of three years, restitution of $4,060.

James O. Lawrence, 25, Auburn, criminal forfeiture of property, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, criminal forfeiture of property on Aug. 11, 2011, all charges dismissed.

Andrew Leavitt, 33, Greene, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on Nov. 21, 2010, dismissed.

George Albert Lebourdais Jr., 46, Auburn, assault, violating condition of release on Nov. 1, 2011, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 18 months in jail, all but 60 days suspended, probation of two years; second charge dismissed.

Dillan Leonard, 20, Auburn, obstructing report of crime, domestic violence assault on April 5, 2011, first charge dismissed; second charge, probation violation, sentenced to seven days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Ryan Lizotte, 20, Auburn, burglary on April 16, 2011, probation violation, sentenced to 75 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Jodi E. Lucas, 40, Auburn, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on May 22, 2011, found guilty, fined $400.

Jamie Lynn Lucier, 25, Auburn, burglary, possession of transfer of burglar’s tools on Aug. 7, 2010, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 12 days in jail, all suspended.

Benjamin A. Lukeski, 35, Lisbon Falls, robbery on Nov. 24, 2010, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for five years, all but one year suspended, probation of three years.

Steven Luna, 23, South Portland, criminal mischief, two counts of assault on May 19, 2010, found guilty on first charge, unconditional discharge; second charge dismissed; third charge dismissed.

Natalia L. Lynch, 55, Gloucester, Mass., unlawful possession of scheduled drug, operating under the influence-one prior, driving to endanger on May 14, 2011, first charge dismissed; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $875, license suspended 30 days.

Anthony Owen Macmullen, 27, Auburn, domestic violence criminal threatening on July 29, 2011, dismissed.

Michael J. Mailhot, 39, Lewiston, operating under the influence, falsifying physical evidence, fail to stop, remain, provide information on Aug. 6, 2011, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $200.

James Marcoux, 31, Auburn, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, operate vehicle without license-condition/restriction, operating under the influence-one prior, violating condition of release on June 24, 2011, first charge filed with no cost; found guilty on second charge, fined $300; third charge dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to four days in jail.

Daniel N. Marden, 33, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation on May 17, 2011, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to 30 days in jail.

David R. Marshall, 44, Lewiston, sentenced to 20 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Kevin E. Marsters, 51, Litchfield, operate after habitual revocation three prior, operating while license suspended or revoke on July 6, 2010, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, find $100, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, probation of one year.
