Coach: Matt Andreasen (first year)

Last year’s record: 4-10-1, lost in Eastern A preliminary

Returning players:  Seniors — Zach Tannenbaum (MF), Corey Morin (MF), Navid Rohani (MF); Juniors — Brady Pleau (FB), Michael Cote (FB).

Key losses: Nate Blais (MF), Ben Bowles (G), Jared Pelletier (S), Ian Therriault (MF), Adam Timberlake (MF), Nigel Bowles (MF), Richard Grondin (FB), Ethan Polisky (FB), Taylor Ramich (FB), Brandon Cote (MF), Yusuf Mohamed (MF), Abdiwali Yonis (MF).

Promising newcomers: Sophomore — Llewellyn Jensen (G); Freshmen — Kaleb Main (FB), Landon Pope (MF).

Outlook: The Eddies have a new coach and not a lot of varsity experience returning.  Tannenbaum, Morin, Rohani, Pleau and Cote have seen some varsity time but the rest of the squad is pretty green.

Coach’s comment:  “It’s a year of transition. We’ll be young this season as we look to integrate a handful of young talent with our experienced senior class. Tannenbaum and Morin will hold down the midfield while Pleau and Cote will anchor the backline. Our attack remains a question mark that will hopefully be addressed. The team has made considerable strides since the beginning of summer, and I anticipate that we’ll be competitive in what should be a very well-balanced conference. We hope to continue our improvement as the season progresses and sneak into a playoff spot.” — Coach Matt Andreasen.
