Tumbling Session 2 for Tiny Tots: Students ages 3-5 will be introduced to basic mat skills in a structured and fun environment. This beginners class emphasizes stretching, flexibility, strength and control. Warm-up activities, following instructions, taking turns, safety and having fun will be the focus.

Tumbling Beginner to Advanced Session 2: This class, for ages 6 to 18, is for cheerleaders, dancers, acrobats, gymnasts and others wishing to enhance coordination, strength, flexibility and balance while improving and refining tumbling skills.

Pilates: Strengthen your core while increasing flexibility and balance and controlling your weight. This class is about self preservation and good for all ages. Students will need a yoga mat, towel or a blanket.

Zumba Gold Session 2: This class is designed for the active, older person, someone who has not exercised in a long time or someone who may be limited physically. It’s done at a much lower intensity but still utilizes the same Latin styles of music and dance that are used in the basic program.

Zumba: Dance your way into shape as you have a blast while burning calories. You can enjoy this class even if you have two left feet. It’s easy to follow and fun. Modifications will be provided so that each person can work at their own pace.

Zumba Toning: A 45-minute class that combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused moves. Creates a calorie-burning, strength-training dance fitness-party. Toning Sticks enhance rhythm and tone target areas.

Beacon Hospice Volunteer Training: This course will introduce you to hospice, pain management, issues on death and dying and grief/loss. Upon completion of the class, students will receive a certificate and be prepared to provide care for Beacon Hospice patients.
