AUBURN — Jennie S. Janosco, 94, formerly of Lisbon died Tuesday, Oct. 23, at the Hospice House of Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice, with her loving family at her side.

She was born in North Monmouth, June 22, 1918, a daughter of the late Andrew and Stella (Blad) Cielinski. She started school in Monmouth then attended high school in Augusta. After high school, she moved to Lisbon and married the love of her life, Michael Janosco, Aug. 3, 1940. He predeceased her June 14, 1983.

Jennie worked for Worumbo Mill, Farnsworth Mill and retired from Miller Industries in 1983. She was a former member of Ss. Cyril & Methodius Church and now Holy Trinity. She also was a member of Sister of Charity at St. Mary’s and at Central Maine Medical Center. She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, following the Red Sox and Patriots, and most of all spending time with family especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She leaves her two sons, Gary Janosco and his wife, Vivian, of Topsham and Michael Janosco and his wife, Susan, of Sabattus; two sisters, Micalena Farnum of Lewiston and Geneva Wilkinson of Auburn; two brothers, Michael Cielinski and wife, Martha and Robert Cielinski and wife, Leann, all of Lisbon Falls; five grandchildren, Stephen, Timothy, Jeff, Michael and Jennifer; eight great-grandchildren, Matthew, Megan, Bobby, Lauren, Haylee, Sierra, Nikolai and Alexie.

She was predeceased by a brother, Stanley Cielinski.
