Krook

WINTHROP — The wedding of Lindsey Rae Gordon and Ryan George Krook was held at 1 p.m. on Sept. 15 at Hope Baptist Church. Pastor Joshua Lovelace officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Krook is the daughter of Mark and Lynn Gordon of Winthrop. Mr. Krook is the son of George and Kelly Krook of Sabattus.

The bride wore a satin A-line gown with ruching and beading and carried a cascade of red roses and green flowers, with a piece of her mother’s wedding gown in the bouquet.

Susan Kenney, future sister-in-law of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Brooke Mayrand, friend of the bride, Danielle Brown, cousin of the bride, Becca Roberts, friend of the bride, and Heather Krook, sister of the bridegroom. Kianna Pushard, friend of the bride, was junior bridesmaid and Bailey Pelkey cousin of the bride, and Scarlette Quimi, cousin of the bridegroom, were flower girls.

Billy Gordon, brother of the bride, was best man. Ushers were Bradley Krook, brother of the bridegroom, Roger Gervais, friend of the bridegroom, and Kaleb Pushard, friend of the bridegroom. Patrick Manson Jr., cousin of the bride, was junior groomsman. Ring bearers were Isaiah Lovelace and Elijah Pelkey, cousins of the bride.

A reception followed at More to Life Campground, after which the couple traveled to Florida. They are residing in Winthrop.
