Promising newcomers: Sophomore — Mason Cavalier (5-4 guard); Freshmen — Elijah Enman (5-4 guard), Wyatt Belladalle (6-1 forward), Orrin Mitchell (5-8 forward); Eighth graders — Cody Stewart (6-1 center), Carl Trafton (5-3 guard), Devon Clark (5-6 guard).

Outlook: Meet what is probably the youngest varsity team in the state, with one senior and six of 10 players either in eighth or ninth grade. The roster is guard-heavy, as well. Rangeley hopes to contend with the smaller private schools on its schedule, spring some upsets on East-West Conference foes and gain experience and confidence for the future.
