FARMINGTON — Sarah Dooley, PA-C, has joined the medical staff of Franklin Health Orthopaedics and Franklin Memorial Hospital. The physician assistant assumed her new position on Jan. 2.

Dooley is a graduate of the University of New England’s physician assistant studies program and is certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants. Before joining Franklin Health Orthopaedics, Dooley saw patients at the Harold Alfond Center for Cancer Care in Augusta and in the Oncology/Hematology Unit at Franklin Memorial Hospital.

Dooley has practiced as a physician assistant for more than two years. During that time, she has also provided internal medicine care in inpatient and outpatient settings, and per diem care in psychiatric and emergency medicine settings. She joins Dr. Nancy Cummings and Dr. Thomas Pulling to its team of clinicians.

Dooley recently moved to the area from Gardiner. During her free time, she enjoys skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and biking.
