A Mass of Christian burial honoring the life of Marjorie Casey was celebrated 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11, at Parish of the Holy Savior. The Rev. Robert Vaillancourt was the celebrant. Bernard Poirier was the altar server. Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “Amazing Grace,” “In the Garden,” “Ave Maria” and “Let There Be Peace on Earth.” The Old Testament was proclaimed by daughter-in-law Gloria Garneau. The New Testament was proclaimed by Martha Hill. The Prayer of the Faithful was offered by daughter-in-law Gloria Garneau. Personal reflections were shared by granddaughter Sonja Arsenault and great-granddaughter Alexa Casey. Spring interment will be in St. John Cemetery. A reception served by the Daughters of Isabella was in the parish hall.
