Maine Real Estate Sales Agent: Have you ever thought about a career in Real Estate? The Maine Real Estate Commission has approved this eight-week course to meet the requirements to obtain a sales agent license and take the standardized state test. This course in offered through the Arthur Gary School of Real Estate. Tuesday and Thursday 5:30 to 9 p.m. beginning Feb. 12.

Cardio Fitness Boot Camp: Jump-start your healthy lifestyle change. This course is designed for adults at all levels of fitness and each participant will have the opportunity to improve his or her overall cardiovascular fitness. Tuesday and Thursday, Jan. 29, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Easy Weight Management with Hypnosis: Weight management hypnosis is often used to assist in modifying behavior, emotional content and attitudes, as well as a wide range of conditions. Learn and experience a variety of self-hypnosis techniques, which can easily be applied to any situation. Monday, Feb. 4, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Beginning Ashtanga Yoga: The focus of this class will be breathing and proper alignment for safe and effective Ashtanga Yoga. Classes will be held at Chill Yoga on Lisbon Street, Lewiston. Monday, Feb. 25, 7 to 8 p.m.

Middle Eastern Dance (Belly Dance): Are you looking for a fun, new way to get some exercise? Then try the ancient art form of belly dance. Come learn the basic moves; no prior experience is needed. Wednesday, Feb. 6, 7 to 8 p.m.

Beekeeping: An Introduction: Learn about bees, their life in a colony, building a beehive, protective clothing, equipment, hive maintenance, hive management, how to work with bees, diseases and pests. Monday, Feb. 4, 6 to 8 p.m.

Oil Painting for Beginners: No drawing skills necessary. This class will focus on the basics and everyone will have the opportunity to complete a representational scenic landscape. Thursday, Feb. 7, 6 to 8 p.m.
