LEWISTON — Utility-line work will close the Maine turnpike intermittently Monday morning just north of the Lewiston interchange.

Crews plan to close northbound and southbound lanes of the turnpike for 20 minutes at a time between 3 and 5 a.m. Monday, about two-tenths of a mile north of Exit 80.

The work is weather-sensitive and could be delayed. Early-morning turnpike users should plan on the work delaying their trip. They can tune to the Maine Turnpike’s Highway Advisory Radio at 1610 AM for up-to-the minute news about the work, according to a turnpike news release.
