AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services department at Central Maine Community College will offer Essentials of Project Management from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Feb. 19 and 26.
This course teaches technical and nontechnical professionals how to plan, organize and complete projects on time and on budget. Participants will learn how to use a variety of project management methods and tools, including problem solving, work breakdown structure, estimating and forecasting, project scheduling, Gantt charting, and contingency planning. The cost is $169 and includes all materials.
