LIVERMORE FALLS — Officer Joe Sage has responded to several calls from people who have received harassing phone calls from the Livermore Falls Police Department number, Lt. Thomas Gould said Wednesday night.
“We would like people to know that if they receive any such calls, please hang up and call the number back and report it,” he said.
If you are called by a person and suspect they are impersonating a police officer, hang up and notify the Police Department at once, he said.
“We are unsure how this is occurring, but it is under investigation,” Gould said.
