PARIS — The following arrests were logged at the Oxford County Jail:
* Jared P. Billings, 19, of Norway, Jan. 28, domestic violence assault, Jan. 28.
* Dale V. Haley, 49, of Rumford, Jan. 28, operating under the influence and operating after suspension, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
* James D. Fogg, 30, of Norway, Jan. 29, failure to pay fines, Norway Police Department.
* Robert A. Heikkenen, 24, of Dixfield, Jan. 29, violation of bail condition and violation of protective order, Rumford Police Department.
* Michael B. Murphy, 61, of Norway, Jan. 29, violation of bail condition, Norway Police Department.
