AUBURN — The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Joseph A. Gustus, 24, Sabattus, three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 20 and Dec. 7, 2009, six counts of burglary on Nov. 16, 17 and 20, and Dec. 7 and 11, 2009, sentenced to five years, all but four months suspended, probation three years, restitution of $6,123 for each.

Katy Hadakin, 31, Greene, violating condition of release, domestic violence assault on Nov. 9, 2011, found guilty on first charge, unconditional discharge, second charge dismissed.

Matthew J. Haines, 29, Lewiston, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug on Oct. 15, 2010, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to five years, all but one year suspended, probation two years, restitution of $240.

Matthew J. Haines, 29, Lewiston, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on June 24 and July 18, 2011, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to five years, all but one year suspended, probation two years, restitution of $240 for each.

Steven W. Hale, 47, Turner, gross sexual assault on April 2, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 25 years, all but 10 years suspended, probation 18 years.

Andrew J. Hall, 52, Lewiston, two counts of acquiring drugs by deception on Jan. 17 and Feb. 10, 2011, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Jan. 17, 2011, first and second charges dismissed, found guilty on third charge, fined $500.

Mark Hancock, 48, Lewiston, unlawful possession of oxycodone, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Feb. 7, 2012, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $400, sentenced to 14 months.

Duane Hanson, 23, Livermore, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon on Aug. 8, 2012, dismissed.

Joseph Harmon, 30, Lewiston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on July 6, 2012, dismissed.

Robert James Hart, 29, Lewiston, tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim on March 3, 2011, probation violation, sentenced to 26 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Ryan J. Hartford, 26, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary of a motor vehicle on June 12, 2012, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 40 days, restitution of $177, second charge dismissed.

Terrance Haskins, 29, Jamaica Plains, N.Y., violating condition of release, unlawful possession of oxycodone on April 10, 2012, dismissed.

Brian Donald Hawley, 28, Mechanic Falls, violating condition of release on May 4, 2012, found guilty, fined $100.

Brian Donald Hawley, 28, Mechanic Falls, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on April 4, 2012, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, second charge dismissed.

Janie Hendricks, 20, Auburn, criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary on May 1, 2012, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 30 days, all suspended, restitution of $1,500; sentenced to 18 months, all suspended, probation two years, restitution of $1,500, third charge dismissed.

Janie Hendricks, 20, Auburn, theft by receiving stolen property on May 5, 2012, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days, all suspended.

Jay M. Henson, 34, Lewiston, operating under the influence-one prior, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction on May 12, 2012, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to 180 days, all but 12 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, second charge dismissed.

Noah S. Herrin, 27, Sabattus, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 8, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 18 months, all but 60 days suspended, probation two years, restitution of $405.50.

Ian J. Hewison, 25, Auburn, domestic violence assault-priors on Sept. 5, 2012, dismissed.

Rebecca L. Hinkley, 32, North Monmouth, reckless conduct, operating under the influence on June 9, 2011, found guilty on first charge, unconditional discharge, second charge dismissed.

Michael E. Humiston, 24, Owls Head, aggravated criminal mischief, driving to endanger, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-physical force, eluding an officer, aggravated criminal mischief on Sept. 12, 2011, first and second charges dismissed, sentenced to 60 days each for third and fourth charges; sentenced to two years, all but 60 days suspended, probation two years, restitution of $7,666 each for fifth and sixth charges.

Jacinta Hunt, 23, Auburn, forgery on Sept. 30, 2011, probation violation, sentenced to 12 months, probation partially revoked.

Nimo Omar Jama, 36, Lewiston, two counts of domestic violence assault, two counts of criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child on March 16, 2012, dismissed.

Brandon Jenkins, 22, Lewiston, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, domestic violence assault-priors, assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-physical force on July 10, 2012, found guilty, sentenced to six years, all but 18 months suspended, probation three years for first charge; sentenced to 18 months each for second and third charges; fined $300 for third charge; sentenced to 30 days for fourth charge.

Justin Jenkins, 29, Levant, disorderly conduct-fighting, domestic violence assault on March 4, 2011, found guilty on first charge, unconditional discharge, second charge dismissed.

Jerald J. Johnson, 51, Scarborough, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction on June 2, 2012, dismissed.

Kareem Johnson, 29, Lewiston, reckless conduct on May 25, 2012, dismissed.
