AUBURN — The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Thomas Lemay, 25, Wales, two counts of burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 4, 2012, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to six years, all but fours years suspended, probation three years, all other charges dismissed.

Steven H. Lemote, 49, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on April 26, 2012, dismissed.

Michael Messier, 20, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 18, 2012, found guilty, sentenced to one year and six months, all but 30 days suspended, probation one year, restitution of $200.

John P. Michaud Sr., 45, Mechanic Falls, two counts of theft by receiving stolen property, violating condition of release on June 2, 2012, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 45 days each, third charge dismissed.

Sean Michaud, 19, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 25, 2011, dismissed.

Alyssa Millett, 22, Sabattus, operating under the influence, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Feb. 12, 2012, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, license suspended 90 days, second charge dismissed.
